TLP Kennen Tech: cleaning ink for Epson and Brother piezoelectric printheads. It clears clogged nozzles with water-based inks: dye, pigment and sublimation.

It also works on DTF machines for maintenance and cleaning of the ink circuit, and to unclog the printhead capillaries.

How to use in tank printers or with continuous ink systems

1. Empty the tanks of the colors that are not working properly.
2. Put 2 to 3 cm of cleaner in each of those tanks.
3. Run 5 head cleanings, so the cleaner reaches the printhead.
4. Let it rest 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Run a cleaning and a nozzle check. The cleaner has a light blue tint, so you can see the result of the check.
6. If the check is not right and nozzles are missing, double the rest time and run a cleaning and a check again. If needed, repeat, doubling the rest time each time; you can leave it up to 24 hours.
7. Once the check is right, empty the tanks and rinse them with high-purity water (never tap water).
8. Put 2 cm of ink in each tank and run several cleanings, until the check comes out right.
9. Fill the tanks with ink.

In cartridge printers: use it by filling the cleaner into the cartridge.

Other cleaning methods

Besides being used as cleaning ink, TLP can be used by capillarity, by circulation and by immersion. Each method has its own safe practices to get good results without damaging the machine: ask us before using them.
