Super Cleaner Kennen Tech for DTF and DTG: the cleaning fluid to recover your printhead's nozzles. Compatible with all DTF and DTG ink brands.

Never replace a printhead ahead of time again.* Use it to recover all nozzles when the printhead is failing, and also periodically to keep it in optimal condition. Fewer cleaning cycles mean ink savings and better print quality, from the first garment to the last.

A complete maintenance system

The Kennen Tech line has a product for each part of the machine, and each one is the most economical for its job:

• Super Cleaner: recovers the printhead nozzles when they fail, and maintains it periodically.
• Dr. Capping Kennen Tech: slows the evaporation of the ink base and keeps it from drying in the nozzles. That way you start the day printing, instead of cleaning.
• ITC Ink Tank Cleaner: periodically cleans the internal ink circuit (tanks, lines, valves and dampers).

If you suspect an ink is causing quality problems, do not risk the printhead or waste good ink by mixing it: empty the circuit, clean it with ITC and start fresh with a good-quality ink.

To reach 100% of printhead life*

1. Follow the manufacturer's operating conditions: room temperature and humidity, maximum workload and low dust.
2. Use Dr. Capping Kennen Tech every day.
3. Clean periodically with Super Cleaner.

If you will stop the machine for several weeks

1. Empty the machine and store the ink in clean bottles, in a cool, dry and dark place. Before using it again, check there are no lumps, mold or sediment at the bottom.
2. Fill the capping (cleaning station) with Dr. Capping Kennen Tech.
3. Run a head cleaning with Dr. Capping or Super Cleaner, to leave it with a fluid that protects it from oxidation and from leftover ink drying.
4. Clean the whole circuit (dampers, valves, tanks and lines) with ITC.

For the best result, combine it with Kennen Inks German DTF ink, whose white needs much less shaking than others, and Dr. Capping Kennen Tech.

*In laboratory tests, the machines tested withstood 30 days without use or maintenance under normal temperature and humidity, starting from a correct shutdown (head at rest on its capping, with Dr. Capping Kennen Tech).
