1. As capping maintenance fluid: apply it directly on the cleaning station while the printhead is not in its home position, then turn off the machine following the manufacturer's recommendations. We recommend filling the capping to the rim every day before turning off.
2. As wiper blade cleaner: with a clean cotton cloth moistened with Dr. Capping, clean the outer seal and the blade of the cleaning station. This removes hardened ink that prevents the seal from closing tightly with the head at rest, or prevents the blade from acting evenly on the printhead plate.
3. As storage fluid: apply Dr. Capping directly into each ink inlet of the printhead with a Kennen cleaning adapter, until the whole head is filled. It also works to clean the circuit (lines, tanks and dampers) before storing the machine for a long time, although for that we recommend ITC Kennen cleaner, which does the job perfectly and costs less.
Use it with Kennen Inks German DTF ink, whose white needs much less shaking than others. And for the rest of the maintenance, the DTF category has Super Cleaner, TLP cleaning ink and ITC cleaner, from the Kennen Tech line.
