What makes it different: it engraves at 15,000 mm/min, 25% faster than the previous MK2 generation (12,000 mm/min). Focusing takes a built-in lever: flip it down, touch the material and lock it, no rulers or spacers. From the screen you can type text, draw or pick from over 400 built-in projects, and engrave instantly.
8W · Detail. The most precise (0.03 mm according to the manufacturer). Ideal for engraving photos, text and logos. Cuts 3 mm MDF in 2 passes.
15W · Everyday use. The balance between detail and power: engraves faster and cuts 3 mm MDF in one pass, and up to 5 mm in several passes.
20W · Cutting. The most powerful: according to the manufacturer it cuts 12 mm wood in one pass. Includes an air pump.
MDF thicknesses are an approximate reference measured on standard MDF. They vary with material quality, focus and the use of air assist, which we recommend for cutting.

The MK3 grows with you. These accessories are sold separately so you can add them when you need them: honeycomb platform (flat support and cleaner cuts), rotary roller (to engrave cups, tumblers and bottles), riser kit (for tall pieces) and air assist (cleaner, deeper cuts on the 8W and 15W versions). Ask us and we will put the combo together.
Do I need a computer? No. It works on its own from the touchscreen. If you prefer, it is also compatible with the AlgoLaser app, LightBurn and LaserGRBL.
Can I type accents and ñ on the screen? For now, the on-screen text editor supports English letters and numbers. For text with accents or ñ, create it in the app, LightBurn or LaserGRBL and send it to the machine.
Does it cut clear acrylic? No. A diode laser cuts opaque or dark acrylic, but not clear acrylic.
Does it engrave metal? It marks coated, painted or anodized metal. Marking bare metal (steel, silver, gold) requires an infrared laser: ask us.
What care does it need? Use it in a ventilated space, since engraving and cutting produce smoke. The orange shield on the module filters the laser light while it works.
How does the 20W pre-order work? You buy the 20W variant, reserve your machine at the pre-order price and we let you know when it arrives. Arrival is estimated for the first half of December.
